How can I be sure information available on the EVS portal is a true reflection of the properties listed?
EVS assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of advertisements on this web site, nor the condition of property, nor the character of the owner. It is the responsibility of the potential renter and strongly recommended that you ascertain the validity of each property. EVS will take off the site all listings that do not meet the quality standards established by the site (incomplete description, consistent lack of response from an owner to vacationers' questions) and will expel all members who have failed to honour their commitment. Here are our Terms of use and Privacy statements.
